Cats in the Cradle Farmhouse Soaps and Vintage Treasures

I have been making fine handcrafted artisan soaps under the name Cats in the Cradle since 1991 to help support the many abandoned, injured and feral cats we encountered when moving here in 1980. We are a small cottage industry located in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire. At one time we housed 28 cats in our old farmhouse with the ones we could not domesticate making a home in our old barn. Today we spoil our two remaining kitties, help find homes for the few that turn up on occasion and continue to make soaps from the farmhouse. My soaps are made using the finest natural ingredients including tallow, essential oils and botanicals grown here or responsibly gathered in the wild. I also make Beeswax Folk Art ornaments and wall hangings using antique and reproduction molds and sell vintage and antique treasures gathered from years of collecting.
